I am proud of Alameda & I am proud to be part of the LGBTQ+ community = “Alameda Pride”.

Creating an event for ALL LGBTQ+ Alamedans & their supporters, is what I am most proud of. I have dreamed of moving to a community where I can not only be & do anything, but also give back to those in my community. This is what I hope that I have achieved!

As Executive Director of the Downtown Alameda Business Association, Kathy Weber joins in the celebration of Alameda Pride with Pride in the Park festivities. She is honored to be part of the dedicated team eager to bring these welcoming and fun-filled festivities to Alameda, and our Downtown district.

Ali Savage is the Membership & Events Coordinator for the Downtown Alameda Business Association. She is assisting with planning the day of events for Pride in the Park. Ali and her family have lived in Alameda for eight years and are proud to be a part of celebrating Pride in our community!

I am Andrew Andehueson, proud husband of Jeramie, the founder of the first ever Alameda Pride. Being a part of the LGBTQ+ community, we always look for a way to gather, celebrate and enjoy who we are in a safe space, and a Pride event is that place.

I am part of the Alameda Kiwanis Club, the Alameda Elks Lodge and have managed 3 Starbucks stores in Alameda. I am proud and honored to be a part of this team and milestone event that will continue for years to come for the Alameda community.
